Jacob Shulman

ABOUT

Jacob Shulman is a composer and saxophonist from Los Angeles, based in New York.  He has performed his music at such venues as The Blue Note (NYC and Tokyo), Jordan Hall (Boston), and The Blue Whale (LA). Apart from jazz, Shulman composes opera and programs computer music. He has toured internationally and lent his musical support to many artists, such as Seajun Kwon, Ethan Iverson, and David Liebman. Shulman graduated from the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts, holds degrees from Princeton and NEC, and works as a mathematics instructor.
